The works are shipped via specialized carriers to ensure their safety. A tracking number is communicated to the customer after shipment.

Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork, as well as the destination. These costs are indicated before the order is confirmed.

Reception of works
Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package. In case of damage, it is imperative to immediately report it to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours at gwendolinepieters@icloud.com.
